Are you studying animation but wonder if you’re on the right track? Do you continue to submit your animation reel to studios without hearing anything back? Many entry-level animation students find themselves in this frustrating situation. If you don’t know what you’re doing wrong, how can you fix it?
That’s why Reel Feedback is having another Reel Review!
Andy
Meet and get advice from animators currently working at top studios in the Bay Area. Put your reel in front of the artists who regularly review reel applications and conduct employment interviews. You’ll receive a detailed critique as these Senior-Level animators assess where you are now, and where you should focus your efforts in order to get where you want to be.
It’s free, so come and meet the crew behind Reel Feedback at Lanesplitters in Emeryville!
Sign up is on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to sign in when you arrive, and a crewmember will assign you to a Reel Feedback animator. Please bring your reel on a USB drive, as we will be conducting the reviews using laptops.
You do not need a completed reel for this event. Even if your reel contains only one scene, bring it in and we’ll be glad to have a look. In fact, even if you don’t have a single frame of animation but are interested in breaking into this exciting industry, we’d love to have you stop by.
